Steven Jackson | Creative Marketing & Design
Steven has found himself immersed in the Internet's "viral marketing" potential since 1996 - before that was such a buzz word. While he earned a degree in corporate journalism from Auburn University, he learned lessons in online brand-building & guerilla marketing while promoting his band which included American Idol Taylor Hicks
After releasing & promoting 3 critically-acclaimed albums of his own, Steven was recruited to head up publicity & design for several L.A.-based record labels. He finally landed at NMT after stints as a copy writer and web and magazine designer.
"It's a natural progression to be working in web marketing, design & online community-building," he says. "This clever selling space where pop-culture and information exist seamlessly was virtually impossible to create through advertising, P.R., & traditional print channels. Now, if you play your cards right online, you get all mediums working together, selling your business in a way that is engaging and much more attractive to your customers."
James Wilkinson | New Media Designer
Recruited from a prominent advertising agency in Manchester, England, James came onboard with more than 7 years experience in the Graphic Design/New Media field.
With his passion for clean, stylish design and conformation to the latest web standards, he brings a fresh, modern look to all of our projects - and makes sure that form and function operate seamlessly. Elegantly.
James combines engaging graphic design and the latest web technologies to influence web viewers. "We've finally gotten over using technologies like Flash and Javascript just to make mediocre motion on a page" he says. "What we prefer to focus on now is using those tools to cause a reader to take action or to improve his experience and navigation online."
James is NMT's resident expert in Flash animation, Advanced Adobe Photoshop, CSS, Ajax and PHP. Also, has a funny accent. Cheerio!
Daniel Wrenn | Lead Engineer
In recent years it has become even more apparent that it is not just if you can build a nice application with a nice front end, but rather how will that application play in a business and enterprise environment. Today, architectures do matter more than ever and planning and preparing for that enterprise environment is essential.
Daniel has been fortunate to have been able to work in a multitude of environments over the years, from multimillion dollar supply chain projects, to small business work flows, to government business processes.
He has acquired over 10 years of experience with enterprise applications, using technologies such as web services and integration tools, portal frameworks, and other related techologies, learning how to best formulate the correct architecture for a given situation.

Ryan Driskill | Software Development

His areas of expertise are in enterprise applications, frameworks development, and rules based systems development methodologies. Ryan is a graduate of Jacksonville State University and is a big proponent of open-source.
Ryan's skill set includes proficient use of Java, C++, C# and JavaScript. "The most appealing aspect of developing software at NMT is that I can assist businesses in reaching goals and solve problems through software" says Ryan.
Larry Stolz | CEO
Larry Stolz is responsible for strategic plans and direction for the company. He is a graduate of Jacksonville State University and has more than 20 years of solid business management and technical experience.
Prior to his forming NMT in 1998, Larry built and managed high skilled software development teams for various companies in the Huntsville and Nashville areas.
The experience he provides in day-to-day working with customers, employees, lenders, vendors, accountants, attorneys and other corporate support entities, serves to provide support to the NMT Team and it's customers in helping to deliver top quality products and services.
Working in the IT industry for more than 10 years, Bobby developed a broad knowledge base & skill set that is the backbone of NMT. He's constantly digesting the latest technology trends and prides himself on understanding the importance of IT systems from an end-user's perspective. "I truly enjoy the behind-the-scenes work that most people never think about" he says.
